The 5th Mississauga Chinese Arts Festival was held at The Living Arts Centre on Sunday August 30th and Monday August 31st, 2009. There were activities promoting Chinese arts and culture, including arts and crafts demonstrations, cooking demonstration and a special ping pong workshop with exhibition games.

CPB Chinese Opera and Variety Show at "My Mississauga 2009" featuring local artists and performers from Lau Wing Chuen Association performing several well-known traditional Cantonese style operas. The Chinese Martial Arts and Drum Show: Featuring martial arts and drumming performances by Sifu Ian Chow and students from Northern Legs Southern Fists. The Chinese Cultural Dances Show: Featuring representative cultural dances by Chiffon Dance Studio and Tzu Chi.

CPB Healthy Living Expo 2009, at the Yee Hong Centre, Mississauga, was co-organized with Mississauga News and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation. This is an annual event that CPB has orgainzed for 7 years and over 10,000 people have been attracted to this event in the past and gained valuable knowledge and information about improving their health and well being.
